In this week, I made two dishes I wanted to make. 

First, I made "Toumeshi".


"Tomeshi" is a dish of rice topped with tofu simmered in dashi and seasonings. It's easy, gooey and delicious! I ate it with grilled salmon and green peppers.


Next, I made ratatouille. I used onion, eggplant and paprika. I made a lot, so I think I'll be able to enjoy it for a while. I plan to use it as a garnish for meat dishes or eat it on bread.
